Risilience named finalists for Startup Enterprise of the Year at Global Good Awards
CAMBRIDGE – Tuesday 14th June, 2022
Risilience, the leading climate-tech platform, has been shortlisted as a finalist for Startup Enterprise of the Year at this year’s Global Good Awards.
The award category recognises companies offering a purpose-driven product or service that demonstrates positive social or environmental impact across any industry sector.
In the global drive towards a more sustainable future, Risilience puts the power of risk science in the hands of global enterprises; translating data into actionable insights that enable companies to identify opportunities, future-proof business strategy and protect investor interests, as they combat climate-change risks.
Dr. Andrew Coburn, CEO and co-founder, Risilience said: ‘We’re excited to be shortlisted for these esteemed awards and fully support their ethos of promoting sustainability and positive social impact across industries.
‘We’re all navigating a critical time in the global response to the climate crisis and businesses that take a proactive approach to regulation reform and a science-based approach to climate-related risk stand to benefit.’
In deciding the shortlist, the judges considered how and why the business was created, its goals and ethos, and how the need for the business was identified.
The winners will be announced at a ceremony in London on Thursday 13th October, 2022.
