Andrew Garraway

Andrew Garraway

Andy is Climate Policy Analyst at Risilience, with a focus on the policy response to climate change and its impacts on transition risk.

Before joining Risilience, Andy was based in the Cabinet Office where he worked on the negotiation strategy for the UK’s Presidency of COP26. Prior to this, Andy worked in the Department of Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy on energy security and decarbonisation policy. Before entering the Civil Service, Andy worked in a range of environmental- and renewables- focussed roles, including consultancy, and in planning and development at Lightsource BP.

Andy holds an MSc in Global Energy and Climate Policy from SOAS, University of London. He also holds a BA (Hons) in German and Dutch and an MA in Town and Regional Planning, both from the University of Sheffield.
Yanbin Pan

Yan Bin Pan

Bin is a Senior Software Engineer at Risilience, he specializes in backend development, cloud infrastructure and model development platform. He is heavily involved in building and maintaining the infrastructure and tooling that make up the modelling platform, from large scale geospatial data and high performance compute to data pipelines automation using cloud native technologies and latest security practices.

His background is in Aeronautical Engineering from Imperial College London. He worked as a Lifing engineer at Rolls Royce before moving to a data science aviation startup where he worked as a full-stack engineer building a platform to quantify aviation climate impact.

As Client Training Lead, Charlie will be accelerating the client self-sufficiency process, initially working alongside product on how-to guides/knowledge base, standardization of existing training materials, and promoting strategic use cases.

Charlie has over a decade of software training experience and joins us from Sopheon, where he served as the Director of Customer Education and previously as an Implementation Consultant.
Aisling Harrington-Brown

Aisling Harrington-Brown

Aisling is a Sales Associate at Risilience whose role is to help across the full sales cycle and expand Risilience’s presence in EMEA. Her responsibilities include assisting Sales and Marketing with lead generation, working alongside multinational companies to identify new business opportunities and drive internal business transformation to reduce emissions, and delivering a high level of service to existing clients.

Aisling has previously worked in management consulting and account management and holds a First Class Honours in English Language and Literature from the University of Nottingham.

As Head of Client Success, James will build best practices and structure to ensure that our clients, who are increasingly entering a post-implementation relationship phase, continuously drive value from our platform and offering.

James joins us following 17 years of client-facing experience in B2B SaaS companies, primarily in the start-up or scale-up phase. Much of this time was spent at Transversal, a company whose alumni also includes Graham Arnold, where he served as VP of Customer Success and Client Services.

Robert is VP, Sales UK/EMEA, supporting our drive to continue growing our client base across the UK and Europe, with a particular emphasis on DACH and Southern Europe.

Robert joins us from S&P Global Market Intelligence where he was Director of Sales Risk Intelligence, enabling corporate leaders and risk professionals make better strategic decisions leveraging Economic and Country Risk intelligence and insights. Prior to S&P Global, Robert was CEO of Canning House, the UK’s leading Latin America focused think tank. This followed many years as a corporate insurance broker in the City of London and Europe and Latin America with Aon and Willis Towers Watson, specializing in major complex risks across multiple sectors including utilities, energy, manufacturing, infrastructure, mining, paper & pulp and forestry.
