Jonny Clarke-Hassell

Jonny joins us as a Client Success Manager (CSM), which is fast becoming a critical role for our company as an increasing number of our subscription-based clients are nearing the end of their platform implementations and require a touchpoint for post-implementation support and service.

To clarify his title, Jonny is not a manager of people but of customer relationships: the development and expansion of our CSM team will enable us to cultivate proper SaaS provider-style relationships with our subscription customers, as well as establish additional structure around our account and renewal strategies.
