Graham Arnold

Graham is a Senior Solutions Consultant at Risilience. He provides subject matter and technical support in sales engagements: helping the sales and marketing teams to attract new customers, service the sales pipeline and drive expansions within existing business. Graham focuses on articulating to customers the value outcomes of using the Risilience product suite and services through demonstrations, value propositions, development of sales collateral and attending customer meetings and events.

Graham has 20+ years of experience of consultative and value-based selling within the technology and retail sectors: specifying, designing, and selling solutions that range from hardware systems, used in tier one food retailers, through to virtual assistants deployed by global online brands.
Suzanne Hopkins

Suzanne Hopkins-Oldak

Suzanne is Head of Strategic Partnerships at Risilience, where she supports the team’s growth strategy by building mutually beneficial partnerships that increase Risilience’s global profile among business leaders.

She facilitates relationships with a variety of organisations to introduce new companies to the platform and advance sustainable business growth strategies.

Prior to joining Risilience, Suzanne led The Economist Client Solutions Groups and US growth strategy. She is a Fordham University alumnus who lives in New York.
Tom Harvey

Thomas Harvey

Thomas is SVP Product at Risilience and is responsible for the overall strategy and commercial success of the Risilience product suite. He also leads the data science and model development team. In this role Thomas defines the product strategy and roadmap and, working closely with the development teams, manages the end-to-end development lifecycle.

Prior to joining Risilience Thomas worked at Guidewire Software where he led the European Predictive Analytics and Risk Consulting team. Thomas spent seven years at Risk Management Solutions (RMS) in a variety of client-facing and product-management roles.

Thomas holds a BSc (Hons) from the University of Leeds in Biochemistry and Bioinformatics.
Scott Kelly

Dr Scott Kelly

Scott heads the Model Development Team. He is responsible for the full scope of product related R&D activity including modelling, data science, data acquisition and corporate finance.

Before joining Risilience, Scott was Chief Economic Advisor to the Environmental Commissioner of the New Zealand government. Prior to that he was Associate Professor at the University of Technology Sydney and was an invited member of the Australian Sustainable Finance Initiative. He was instrumental in raising early awareness on the importance of sustainable finance and worked to establish the Climate Measurement Standards Initiative to standardize climate reporting across the financial sector in Australia.

Alexandra Dixon

Dr Alexandra Dixon

Alex is a Data Scientist at Risilience, working predominantly in climate modelling. Her main goals are to develop Bayesian statistical models which incorporate uncertainty into the product.

Prior to joining Risilience Alex worked for a SaaS start-up, designing algorithms to detect fraud, waste and abuse in private healthcare data.

Alex holds a MSci and a PhD in Physics from the University of Birmingham.
Eric Drattell

Eric Drattell

Eric is Risilience’s general counsel. Working remotely from the San Francisco Bay Area, he is responsible for the company’s global legal requirements. Eric joined Risilience after 15 years as a general counsel, including 10 years with Risk Management Solutions where, in addition to having led its legal services team, he also headed the company’s information security, regulatory teams and communications teams, and managed the company’s London and Zurich offices.

Prior to going in-house, Eric was a partner in the DC offices of the global law firm, McDermott, Will & Emery, where he acted both as a litigator and lead negotiator on a range of technology transactions.

Eric’s specialty is in technology transactions; however, he also has a broad range of experience in other disciplines, including corporate and employment law, privacy, information security, litigation, and regulatory practices.

An active mentor, Eric currently works with university students through the ScholarMatch programme

Eric is a member of the District of Columbia and California bar associations.
