Company details
Risilience is seeking to employ a Vice President of Client Solutions to join us in our mission to help tackle climate change, one of the biggest systemic threats facing the planet today.
We have developed a unique modelling and analytics platform to help international corporations assess their risks and opportunities presented by rising temperatures, climate-related policy, and emerging technologies in our changing world
Our SaaS solutions help companies produce climate-related compliance analytics, navigate their pathway to Net Zero, and perform scientifically based cost-benefit comparisons of emission reduction strategies versus their risks. We have a blue-chip client base with a growing list of globally recognised brands. The pedigree of our solutions is supported by our deep academic roots that go back to the Business School at the University of Cambridge (UK) and the close ties we maintain to the Cambridge Centre for Risk Studies.
Our business received Series B funding in early 2023 and is growing rapidly towards the next round of investment. Benefits include a competitive basic salary, including stock options, remote and flexible working, and a commitment to diversity and inclusion.
Role Details
The Client Solutions team serves as the face of the organisation to our growing client base and ensures that all commercial projects are a success. The team supports clients as they onboard and actively use Risilience products. The team also provides clients with advisory services, contribute expert perspectives and deliver focused sustainability-related projects. Comprising Client Success and Support, Client Implementation and Advisory, and Client Education, the team facilitates our clients in deriving business value from our products, and ensuring they renew and grow their annual contracts.

Externally, this role will own and drive the client experience as our client base expands, including maintaining and monitoring key metrics that capture value, satisfaction, and efficiency.
As a senior leader in the business, including membership of the executive Operating Committee and other key groups, this role must ensure that the company’s strategic direction is well-aligned with client sentiment. In cross-organisation collaborations with Product Management and Environmental Analytics (modelling) leaders, they must ensure that the voice of the client is reflected in decisions regarding our product roadmap. Furthermore, they will support sales efforts by responding to RFPs, collaborating on proposals, and promoting the Risilience client experience to prospects.
Aspirationally, this role will be crucial in developing our client community, offering value beyond our product line by developing roundtables and client events, as well as using various channels to assess client feedback and drive client satisfaction.
