Sanita Garley
Sanita Garley, MBA, CMgr FCMI, is Senior Sustainability Manager – Carbon at B&Q, part of the Kingfisher Group, leading Scope 3 decarbonisation initiatives across procurement and supplier engagement. She launched B&Q’s Net Zero Programme, embedding carbon reduction into business strategy and vendor partnerships. With extensive experience in procurement, category management, and leadership, Sanita is motivated by creating change that is embedded rather than opportunistic, championing sustainability as standard practice while protecting product integrity.
Jodie Leek
Jodie Leek, Head of ESG for Partner Brands at ASOS, leads the brand engagement programme, collaborating with over 700 brands on environmental and social impact initiatives in alignment with ASOS’ Fashion with Integrity strategy. With more than 20 years of experience in sustainability, human rights, buying, and manufacturing, Jodie is committed to driving positive change in the retail sector through education and awareness, and is particularly passionate about supporting small businesses.
Thomas Harvey
Moderating the panel discussion, Thomas is SVP Product Management at Risilience and is responsible for the overall strategy and commercial success of the Risilience product suite. In this role Thomas defines the product strategy and roadmap and, working closely with the development teams, manages the end-to-end development lifecycle.
Prior to joining Risilience Thomas worked at Guidewire Software where he led the European Predictive Analytics and Risk Consulting team. Thomas spent seven years at Risk Management Solutions (RMS) in a variety of client-facing and product-management roles.
Thomas holds a BSc (Hons) from the University of Leeds in Biochemistry and Bioinformatics.
