Jennifer Duran
Jennifer Duran is Kenvue’s Global Head of Sustainability with oversight of the consumer health company’s Healthy Lives Mission. Over the course of her career, Jennifer Duran has worked to transform complex, global issues into opportunities to have a positive impact on people and the planet. Prior to this role, she served as Kenvue’s Head of Product Resiliency and Sustainability helping inspire a global organisation to design resilient products with lower impacts that consumer love. Jennifer also serves on the Board of Directors at Change Chemistry.
Jennifer specialises in product sustainability and has led teams responsible for green chemistry, ingredient stewardship and resiliency, responsible sourcing as well as value chain impacts. She has cultivated robust external relationships with retailers, NGOs, consultancies, academics and trade associations. She has several patents and publications, a postgraduate degree in Sustainability Leadership from Cambridge University, and a Master of Science in Chemistry from Carnegie Mellon University where she studied at the Institute for Green Science.
She is also a proud mother of two girls, an ardent supporter of STEM and a Bar Method enthusiast
David Grant
David Grant is a sustainability leader with over 25 years of experience working in the private sector delivering social, environmental, and economic programs across global value chains.
He has led multi-country sustainability strategies and directed global climate and water risk assessments, integrating insights into enterprise risk management and board-level decision-making.
His work spans climate adaptation, supply chain resilience, and watershed health, and ensuring businesses are prepared for long-term risks and disruptions.
David is also a published author on water stewardship and business value, and a frequent speaker at international sustainability and climate forums.
Michael Weber
Michael Weber is leading Mondelēz International’s agenda related to climate, environment, and nature from strategy development to operationalising strategic roadmaps. Michael’s background spans across roles in R&D, Supply Chain and Sustainability allowing for insights in how sustainability comes to life across an organisation. Michael is an active member of industry coalitions and sustainable futures advisor.
Dr Andrew Coburn
Andrew is CEO and a founder member of Risilience. He is responsible for the overall business success and direction of the company, and was the main architect behind the models and analytics that go into the Risilience solutions.
Andrew has previously been one of the early-stage innovators of the catastrophe modelling industry for insurance, where he has created and brought numerous analytics products to market.
He is one of the founder members of Cambridge Centre for Risk Studies at Judge Business School, University of Cambridge, where he maintains a position as Chief Scientist.
